Jade works as an associate in our Investment Fraud and Mis-selling Team. She helps clients to recover financial losses by pursuing claims through the Financial Ombudsman Service and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
Before joining Keller Postman UK, Jade was employed at a boutique law firm as a regulatory paralegal and has experience in claimant-based group litigation against a range of financial services regulated firms. Jade also has experience in dealing with complaints through the FOS, and in pursuing claims through the FSCS in relation to mini-bonds, overseas investments, mis-sold pensions and other financial products.
Jade studied Law at Aberystwyth University before completing her Legal Practice Course with Masters at the University of Law and previously volunteered as an advisor at the Citizens Advice Bureau.
